Working hard to keep Jefferson County residents safe

As some know, we have been offering and performing COVID-19 disinfection since the beginning of the pandemic. We cannot thank our employees enough for being diligent with practicing social distancing, wearing their masks, and staying healthy so they can better serve our community.
We are regularly performing proactive and post exposure disinfections at many local businesses. We strictly adhere to all CDC recommendations while performing this work. Our employees are protected with Tyvek suits and respirators.
We strive to go above and beyond with all of our services, this is no different. We know that there are other companies offering services for a much lower cost, but the work is not being performed correctly. Per the CDC, high touch areas must be cleaned prior to disinfection. This means that going in and just "fogging" an area isn't good enough. We take the time to make sure every high touch area is cleaned, then disinfected, and we then fog as a final step as we are leaving.
With all products, especially disinfectants, there is what is called a "dwell time". This is the amount of time that the product has to stay wet in order to be as effective as claimed. When an area is just fogged and a company is in and out in a short amount of time, it's almost impossible to know that the dwell time was adhered to. We take the extra time to ensure that the dwell time is reached.
We know that things revolving around COVID-19 will be evolving for quite some time. We are working hard to make sure that we have the most up to date information to help keep the communities that we love and live in safe.
