Watertown Water Loss and Cleanup

The Before Photo depicts a home in Watertown that had a significant leak. The oak floors absorbed quite a bit of water which also wicked into an area of the wall. Our SERVPRO technicians understand the need for rapid water removal to mitigate the cupping damage to the oak hardwood boards. Our goal was to remove some boards to gain better access to the wet areas for drying. The exposed subfloor, along with the tongue and groove slats, were dried using air movers, drying mats, and an LGR dehumidifier.
