How does water damage affect flooring?

A broken pipe burst in this business caused a lot of floor damage. Water can affect flooring in different ways and are addressed by our certified and trained technicians.

Wood Floors - This flooring can soak up a lot of water and can be saved if mitigated quickly.

Tile Flooring - Tile is easy to clean and disinfect because it is non-porous.

Laminate Floors - These floors peel easily with water and will have to be replaced.

Linoleum Floor - As long as the water does not get underneath the linoleum it can be saved. Once it penetrates the edges of the floor it will have to be replaced.
