Soot stained floor

This floor was in the utility room where a furnace malfunctioned. It was stained with soot before our SERVPRO crew was able to get it cleaned.

Removing the hardened soot from the floor needed to happen quickly to keep the concrete from taking on the odor. SERVPRO of Jefferson County has trained and certified fire restoration technicians that understand the fire damage restoration process. We cleaned the soot and deodorized the flooring neutralizing the smell.

The homeowners were grateful for all the work we did to make their problem "Like it never even happened." We were glad to be of help.
