Moldy crawlspace

This crawlspace is located at a summer home on the St. Lawrence river. When the owners came up for the summer they saw all of the mold. We had them get an industrial hygienist out to test the mold (per New York State law) and provide us with a protocol. The protocol includes a suggested plan of action as well as a mold report which compares the spore count inside the space vs outside and also breaks down what type(s) of mold are present.  We treated I with an antimicrobial product, mold stain remover and then encapsulated it. The homeowner was extremely happy that this space is now safe to use again!
